Language and availability
The English website is for ebooks. The information about services below is for reference only: consultations and information-verification services are available in Polish only. No English-language service can be booked here. Ebook availability and delivery terms are stated on the relevant book page.
1. Service provider
Business details, registration numbers, address and complaint channels will be completed after the business registration is updated.
2. Nature of the service
Services include educational consultations on behaviour and communication, analysis of specified online relationships for fraud risk and verification of business-related claims. The detailed scope is agreed for each assignment. Consultations are not psychological diagnoses or psychotherapy. Reports present findings, sources and limitations; they do not guarantee complete information, a partner's fidelity, a person's honesty or a company's solvency.
3. Assessment of enquiries
The provider may refuse an assignment lacking a legitimate purpose or compromising the law, third-party rights, proportionality or safety.
4. Contract and payment
Each assignment has its own scope, price, deadline, exclusions and terms for deposits, communication, delivery and complaints.
5. Confidentiality and materials
Client materials are accepted only after assessment, through an agreed channel. The contract defines retention, return and destruction rules.
6. Consultations in Polish
Consultation packages, their scope, prices and response times are described on the Polish website and agreed before work begins. They are not offered in English. Recording is optional and requires separate consent; declining does not change the agreed scope.
7. Initial information review
The initial review covers agreed identifiers, sources and a work limit. It produces a report of confirmed information, uncertainties and a recommended direction. No matches is a possible result. Extensions require separate agreement. The review does not include private-life dossiers or secretly searching for dating accounts.
