DATA PROTECTION
Privacy policy
1. Data controller
The data controller will be the business operating the Prawda na Wierzchu brand. Full details, contact address and registration details will be completed before publication.
2. Initial contact
The website form prepares a message in your email application. The website does not store its contents. Please do not send confidential materials or unnecessary personal data in your initial enquiry.
3. Purposes and grounds
Data may be processed to answer enquiries, assess assignments, enter into and perform contracts, fulfil legal obligations and protect legal claims. A newsletter will require separate, voluntary consent.
4. Recipients and retention
Before publication, email, hosting, payment, accounting and newsletter providers will be listed, along with retention rules for enquiries, clients and the marketing list.
5. Individual rights
The final document will describe access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent and complaints to the President of Poland's Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
6. Consultation preparation questionnaire
The questionnaire runs locally in your browser. Answers are not sent to the website server, placed in the URL or saved in persistent application storage. Downloading creates a file on your device. Share it only after agreeing to work together and choosing a secure channel. You will receive processing and retention information before sharing it. The questionnaire is not a psychological test.
7. Optional consultation recording
Audio recording requires separate, voluntary consent before recording starts. A preference indicated in the form is not consent. You can choose an unrecorded meeting, stop recording or withdraw consent. Recording is used only for the agreed consultation and report preparation, never for publication or marketing. The tool, people with access and transfer method are agreed beforehand. Our working copy is deleted within 30 days after delivery of the report; retention of other documentation is agreed separately.
